3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Generate harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our AI systems
• Share account credentials or resell access to the Service

6. Subscription and Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Current pricing for our subscription plans is available on our website. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

6.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due immediately upon subscription renewal.

6.3 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience technical difficulties that temporarily affect availability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service will be suspended
• You may export your content for 30 days after termination
• We may delete your data after the 30-day grace period
• All outstanding payments become immediately due

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BeatGen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
